FIT Payment and Cancellation Policy:

During the off-season (May to September)

A full advance payment is required 15 days prior to arrival date in order to confirm your reservation.
Cancellations occurring 7 to 15 days before arrival will incur a 50% fee of the total booking amount, while cancellations made less than 7 days will result in a 100% retention charge.

During the peak season (October to April)

​

A full payment in advance is required 45 days prior to arrival date in order to confirm your reservation.
Cancellations occurring 30 to 45 days before arrival will incur a 50% fee of the total booking amount, while cancellations made less than 30 days will result in a 100% retention charge.
